What You’ll Do

- Drive marketing projects: Assist with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta), social media campaigns, SEO projects, and AI-driven marketing experiments.
- Automate & streamline: Use (or learn to use) no-code and low-code tools like Zapier, Make, and automation features inside CRMs to reduce repetitive tasks and improve tracking.
- Analyze and report: Review campaign results, identify trends, and turn data into actionable insights.
- Support CRM & tracking: Help set up and maintain marketing systems, lead tracking pipelines, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate across the business: Contribute to operational projects, process mapping, and other non-marketing initiatives when needed—our solutions often span marketing, operations, and sales.




- Learn and experiment: Explore new marketing and business technologies (including AI tools) and figure out how to apply them to real challenges.

Core Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English (professional/bilingual proficiency). The job is fully in English.
- Basic understanding of at least one of these areas:
- Social media advertising
- Google Ads or other paid media platforms
- SEO and content optimization
- Marketing analytics or reporting
- Interest in learning no-code and automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Airtable (experience a plus).
- Comfort with CRMs, tracking systems, or willingness to learn.
- Solid organizational and project management habits.
