What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact at The Orchard. Maintain positive and productive relationships with artists, management, agents, and industry contacts. Provide guidance and support to labels on digital release best practices and oversee the distribution release process from strategy to delivery.

What We're Looking For

At least 3+ years of experience in music partnership management. Proficient in Spanish and English. Extensive knowledge of the music industry, including trends and challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
