We are leading this talent search on behalf of a top-tier advertising agency group in Costa Rica. They are seeking an execution-driven Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer (Mid to Senior level) with solid visual judgment and hands-on experience developing projects across digital, motion, corporate, retail, and event formats.

The selected professional will engage as an Independent Contractor on a remote basis with dedicated daily availability. At ZEAZE, our role is strictly to manage the talent acquisition process to connect our partner with the right professional for their operational needs.

Scope & Engagement Details

- Role: Multidisciplinary Designer (Mid-Senior / Open Seniority)
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (3-month initial period, renewable upon evaluation)
- Availability: Dedicated 40 hours / week
- Start Date: September 1st, 2026
- Monthly Fee: $1,000.00 USD / month

Key Core Responsibilities
- Multichannel Production: Conceptualize and produce visual assets for digital channels, print, social media, ad campaigns, corporate communications, and web/landing page layouts.
- Motion & Audiovisual: Create motion graphics, video editing, text animations, and social content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage modern AI tools for visual prompting, image generation, composition, and process optimization to speed up creative output.




- Retail & Shopper Marketing: Design POP materials, retail displays, endcaps, gondolas, and POS activations, preparing technical pre-press files for production.
- Corporate Presentations & Branding: Build high-impact decks and visual systems in PowerPoint and Keynote while maintaining brand guidelines across touchpoints.
- Events & Graphics: Develop concepts, backings, signage, and mockups for events and brand activations.
- Pre-Press & Delivery: Prepare final production-ready artwork (PDF/X, CMYK, dielines) with high precision and minimal revision cycles.

Profile & Requirements
- Seniority: Mid-Level to Senior candidates (open to experienced professionals aligned with the monthly fee).
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and presentation tools (PowerPoint / Keynote).
- Applied AI: Active use of AI tools integrated into professional design processes.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating projects in Branding, Motion Graphics, Retail/POP, Social Media, and AI-assisted work.
- Languages: Native Spanish & Working English.
- Location: Based in Argentina or Venezuela with a quiet home-office setup and reliable high-speed internet.

Nice to Have
- Basic UX/UI knowledge (Figma).
- Prior experience delivering remote services for international agencies or brand accounts.
