Someone who can see the whole system, not just their corner of it. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

You'll be the connective tissue across sales, client onboarding, recruiting, billing follow-up, and whatever else it takes to keep the business running. Not forever in every piece - but you'll take over a lot of what the founders are currently handling ourselves. If you hate dropped balls and want real ownership over how the work gets done as we scale, keep reading.

YOU'RE A FIT IF

- You've run ops, coordination, or client-facing logistics before - you follow a process to the letter, but also know the next question without being told
- You can hold five threads at once and know which one needs you first
- You write clearly and fast - most of your day is email, Google Chat, and CRM notes
- You're comfortable calling and messaging US and Canadian clients and candidates in real time, during North American hours
- You're tool-fluent - CRMs, new software, Claude/AI - you pick things up fast, no hand-holding
- You fix or flag broken processes before anyone asks

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF

- You need detailed instructions before acting on something ambiguous
- Jumping between different threads and functions all day drains you instead of energizing you
- Getting on the phone with clients or candidates makes you uncomfortable
- You want one function, a predictable day, and the same thing for a long time

NICE TO HAVE

- Prior experience supporting a founder or small leadership team directly




- Experience in professional services, finance, bookkeeping, or B2B operations
