Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads, Meta Ads & Paid Acquisition | RemotePosition Type: Full-Time, Remote

About the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition and drive profitable growth across digital advertising channels.

This is a hands-on performance role focused on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and ROAS. You’ll own campaigns from strategy and budget allocation through testing, optimization, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
- Develop campaign structures, targeting, and audience strategies
- Own advertising budgets, spend allocation, and pacing
- Monitor and improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and conversion data
- Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams

Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads




- Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of:
- ROAS and CAC
- CPL and CPA
- Conversion tracking
- Attribution
- Campaign optimization

- Demonstrated success improving ROAS or customer acquisition efficiency
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with creative and landing-page testing
- Ability to independently manage and optimize paid campaigns
- Strong written and verbal English communication
