Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments. The adecuado candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

The role requires strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2016/2019 On-Premises, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange DAG, Hybrid Mail Flow, Edge Servers, Active Directory, SMTP, and PowerShell .

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical L2/L3 customer support for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange Server 2016/2019 On-Premises .
- Support Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, SMTP, connectors, and email delivery issues.
- Support and troubleshoot Exchange DAG and high-availability environments .
- Manage and troubleshoot Hybrid Exchange and Hybrid Mail Flow .
- Support Exchange Edge Servers and related messaging infrastructure.
- Provide support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive .
- Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and integration issues.




- Develop and use PowerShell scripts for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
- Analyze customer-reported incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and document technical solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate engineering teams when required.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019 On-Premises .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online .
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive .
- Strong experience with Exchange DAG .
- Experience with Hybrid Exchange / Hybrid Mail Flow .
- Knowledge of Exchange Edge Servers .
- Strong understanding of Active Directory .
- Good knowledge of SMTP, mail routing, connectors, and email troubleshooting .
- Strong PowerShell skills.
- Experience in enterprise-level customer/technical support .
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience providing L2/L3 support for enterprise messaging environments.
- Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments.
- ITIL or similar service-management experience.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and handling critical incidents.
