Project Manager — Research Operations & AI

Remote | Latin America | Full-Time (Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Venezuela etc)

Focus Insite is looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our growing U.S.-based research organization.

We're not simply looking for someone with the right résumé.

The Role

Focus Insite conducts qualitative market research recruitment across the United States, including healthcare, B2B, consumer, and highly specialized audiences.

As a Project Manager, you will own research projects from kickoff through successful completion.

You'll be responsible for

- Managing multiple active research projects
- Coordinating recruiters and support staff
- Monitoring recruiting progress and participant quotas
- Maintaining accurate project trackers
- Identifying problems before they become emergencies
- Communicating directly with U.S.-based clients
- Managing deadlines and changing requirements
- Providing clear and proactive client updates
- Using AI and technology to improve productivity
- Taking ownership of project outcomes

English Is Non-Negotiable Fluent professional spoken and written English is required.

You will communicate directly with U.S.-based clients through email, Zoom, Teams, and other channels.

You must be able to communicate professionally, clearly, confidently, and naturally in English.

U.S. Knowledge

Strong familiarity with U.S. geography is important.

You should be comfortable working with:

- U.S. states
- Major cities
- U.S. regions
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones

Our research is conducted throughout the United States, so understanding U.S. geography is part of the job.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following may be helpful:
- Project management
- Market research
- Operations
- Client services
- Healthcare
- Consulting
- Recruiting
- Account management
- Professional services
- Technology

Market research experience is helpful, but it is NOT required. We can teach our industry.

We're much more interested in finding someone who demonstrates intelligence, ownership, judgment, work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

MBA preferred but not required.

AI & Technology

We're actively integrating AI and automation throughout our company.

You should be comfortable learning new technology and ideally have experience with tools such as:

- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft 365
- Teams
- Zoom




- CRM or project management systems

You don't need to know every tool. You do need to be someone who learns technology quickly and looks for better ways to work.

Remote Work Requirements

This is a fully remote position based in Latin America.

You must have

- Reliable high-speed internet
- Reliable computer
- Webcam and microphone/headset
- Professional remote workspace
- Backup internet solution
- A reasonable backup plan for power or connectivity issues
- Ability to work substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Compensation

Expected compensation range

$30,000–$35,000 USD annually

Plus opportunity for performance-based bonus compensation .

Compensation will depend on experience, capability, and demonstrated performance.
