About The Role Full time | Hybrid We are looking for a Rendering Designer Architect to join a growing home improvement team. In this role, you will create high-quality pre-sales renderings that sales representatives can present to potential customers during the sales process. You will work closely with the sales design team and internal leadership, taking ownership of rendering projects and helping streamline the design workflow.

Key Responsibilities - Create pre-sales renderings for potential customers.

- Work closely with sales designers to understand project requirements.
- Take ownership of rendering projects from initial request through completion.
- Translate design concepts and customer needs into clear visual renderings.
- Collaborate with the internal design and technical team.
- Help manage the rendering workload so the technical design team can focus on permit drawings and other technical responsibilities.
- Maintain organized project information and communicate updates with the team.
- Use construction knowledge to create realistic and practical designs.

What We're Looking For - Entry-level to mid-level professional with experience in rendering, design, drafting, or a related field.





- Strong understanding of construction and how residential projects are built.
- Experience with SketchUp and 2020 Design.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into clear renderings.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote U.S. based team. Nice to Have - Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or residential design.
- Experience working with JobTread or similar construction management software.
- Experience creating renderings for sales presentations or customer proposals.

- Renderings clearly communicate the proposed project to potential customers.
- Projects are organized and completed efficiently.
- The design team has more capacity to focus on permit drawings and technical responsibilities.
- You quickly develop an understanding of the company's construction processes and design standards. Schedule - Monday through Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time - Standard U.S. holidays - 10 days of PTO annually Compensation Base Salary USD $2,000 per month, depending on experience.
