- Experience managing resource allocation in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand, capacity, and utilization data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and resolve staffing conflicts.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and resource planning, PSA, ERP, HRIS, or project management tools.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a professional services, consulting, technology, or project-based organization.
- Experience supporting workforce forecasting and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with skills inventories, capacity models, and utilization planning.
- Experience driving process improvements in staffing or resource management.

- Leadership has reliable staffing data and forecasts for decision-making. Job Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day resource planning and staffing across projects, programs, and business priorities.
- Partner with delivery leaders and hiring managers to understand current and upcoming resource needs.
- Match employee skills, experience, availability, and development goals to open assignments.
- Monitor utilization, capacity, bench, and forecasted demand to identify risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate staffing discussions and recommend tradeoffs when resource constraints arise.
- Build and maintain short- and long-range workforce plans based on pipeline, project demand, and business priorities.
- Track and report on staffing metrics such as utilization, fill rate, time to staff, and forecast accuracy.
- Escalate staffing gaps, overallocation issues, and delivery risks to leadership with recommended actions.
- Collaborate with recruiting, talent management, and functional leaders on hiring, cross-training, and redeployment strategies.
- Help improve resource management processes, tools, governance, and data quality.
- Support managers and employees through staffing transitions, roll-offs, and redeployment planning.
