Role Description The Seaking Partner to develop an ISO 17025 LIMS company AG will collaborate with Lims.science, Ltd. to establish, grow, and strategically guide a new LIMS-focused entity aligned with ISO 17025 requirements. In this remote role, the partner will participate in defining the business model, shaping service offerings, and supporting the technical and functional design of LIMS solutions for accredited laboratories. Day-to-day activities may include coordinating with laboratory stakeholders, contributing to process mapping and requirements gathering, reviewing system architecture proposals, and supporting documentation and compliance-related activities.

The partner will also help identify market opportunities,



build relationships with clients and collaborators, and provide input on roadmap, budgeting, and resource planning. This role is intended for a highly collaborative professional who can work independently while coordinating effectively with a distributed team.

Qualifications

- Background in laboratory informatics, LIMS implementation, or laboratory operations, ideally with familiarity with ISO 17025 and related accreditation processes.
- Experience working with scientific data workflows, quality assurance procedures, or chemometrics applications in analytical laboratories.
- Ability to engage in business development activities, including partnership building, client communication, and strategic planning for a new or growing organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the capacity to translate laboratory and regulatory needs into system and process requirements.
- Comfort working remotely across time zones, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in consulting, project management, or leading initiatives in a scientific or technical context is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in science, engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
