We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend systems supporting video game projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will design, build, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, contributing technical expertise and helping shape engineering decisions.

This is a hands-on senior position with the potential to grow into a Technical Lead role.

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services supporting gaming applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Work with relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions using Azure services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems.
- Participate in architectural and technical discussions.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, technical leaders, and international stakeholders.
- Communicate technical decisions and project updates clearly in English.

What We’re Looking For





- Strong professional experience in backend development.
- Advanced knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Experience designing and developing APIs and distributed backend services.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture.
- Experience working with databases and data modeling.
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
- Experience with testing, debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical challenges.
- Advanced English skills, including confidence participating in technical meetings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in the video game industry.
- Experience supporting online games, multiplayer systems, or live services.
- Familiarity with Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of C++.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Functions, Redis, and Pub/Sub messaging.
- Experience with containerized environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with system monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
