Xogito is looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to own and grow our brand presence across organic social media, content, email, and events . This is not a strategy-only or coordination role .

We’re looking for someone who enjoys actually doing the work: writing the copy, creating and editing content, publishing posts, running email campaigns, promoting webinars, and analyzing what performs.

? What you’ll own

- Organic social media – LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram & X
- Content creation – posts, reels/videos, blogs, case studies & whitepapers
- Events & webinars – promotion before, during and after the event
- Email marketing & CRM – campaigns, segmentation & follow-up sequences
- AI-powered marketing workflows – using AI for copy, video, visuals & content production
- Performance tracking – engagement, reach, follower growth, email opens & clicks
- Collaboration with designers, internal teams and clients




- Occasional support for paid social/search campaigns

✅ You’re likely a strong match if you have:

- Senior-level B2B marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing organic social channels end-to-end
- Strong content writing and video/content creation skills
- Experience promoting webinars or live events
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot + Brevo or similar email platforms
- Experience with Luma or similar event management tools
- Strong experience using AI tools in your marketing workflow
- Experience writing skill files to use across AI workflows
- A strong understanding of the U.S. market and audience
- Excellent, polished English
- Experience marketing B2B services

Big plus: experience marketing software/technology services, working with healthcare, e-commerce or education clients, or running paid campaigns. ⚠️ This role may NOT be the right fit if:

- Your recent experience is primarily strategy or team management
- You normally brief others to create the copy, videos and campaigns
- Your background is mainly B2C/influencer marketing
- You haven't personally managed organic social and content execution
