Telekomplex is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to support customer projects involving migrations from on-premises Microsoft environments to Microsoft 365 / Office 365 .

We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Exchange Server to Exchange Online migrations and hybrid identity environments .

Key Experience Required

- Exchange Server 2016 / 2019 / Subscription Edition
- Exchange Online
- Exchange Hybrid deployments
- Hybrid Configuration Wizard
- Mailbox migrations and migration batches
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Entra Connect / Cloud Sync
- Identity synchronization and troubleshooting
- DNS, MX, Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- SMTP relay and mail-flow configuration
- Shared mailboxes, distribution groups and permissions
- PowerShell for Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration
- MFA and Conditional Access

- Microsoft Teams
- Intune
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft 365 security and compliance





What Matters Most We are looking for someone who has personally executed production migrations , not only administered Microsoft 365 environments.

You should be comfortable assessing an existing on-premises environment, identifying migration risks, developing the migration approach, executing the migration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the customer through cutover and stabilization.

Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or SC-300 are valuable, but strong real-world migration experience is more important.

Compensation

USD $3,000–$4,000 per month , depending on experience and technical depth.

Remote opportunity supporting Telekomplex customer projects in the United States.
