? Client Activation Lead

At Solvo , we're looking for a Client Activation Lead to own the journey from signed contract to successful Day 1 start. You'll work closely with Sales, Talent Acquisition, Pricing, and Clients to ensure a seamless activation process and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage client activation from handoff to first hire.

✅ Present qualified candidates and align hiring expectations.

✅ Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.

✅ Partner with internal teams to ensure successful launches.

✅ Negotiate solutions around pricing, scope, and market realities.

✅ Remove roadblocks and keep activation moving forward.

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer success,



or account management.
