What You'll Do

Design and evolve the architecture of the Trade-In product focusing on scalability and multi-country expansion. Lead backend development from technical discovery to deployment and operation. Ensure integration and coexistence of the Trade-In product with Kavak's existing platform ecosystem. Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate objectives into concrete technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of software development experience. Experience as a Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, or equivalent with strong technical ownership. Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms. Experience with Go, Java, or Python is required. Experience in designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.

What We Offer

Employment is under a dependency relationship with a salary in USD. Includes private health insurance, annual salary with 13 monthly payments, and 20 business days of vacation. Additional benefits include discounts on car purchases and extended leave for childbirth and adoption.
