About the Role

Are you organised, friendly, and looking to start a rewarding career in office administration? This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for you!

Reporting to the Service Administration Supervisor, you will be the helpful voice our customers hear and the organizing force behind our daily operations. You will work closely with our customers, office team, and technicians to keep our daily schedules running smoothly.

What will I be doing (Key Responsibilities)

- Answer Calls: Greet customers over the phone and help them with their service requests.
- Schedule Jobs: Organize the daily calendars for our technicians and subcontractors.
- Data Entry:



Log service requests into our system (Uptick) and raise simple purchase orders.
- Keep People Posted: Give customers updates on when their technician will arrive.
- Team Support: Help our tech team by giving them the job details and paperwork they need.

About You (No Experience Required!)

- Willingness to learn
- Strongly committed to providing high levels of customer service
- Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
