A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for leading the Service Project Managers (SPM) team across Latin America within Gas Services (GS), Control & Digitalization (CD). The role oversees the planning, organization, coordination, and control of CD technical projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead the SPM team across LATAM.
- Manage contractual relationships and obligations with customers.
- Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Prepare and monitor project status reports.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
- Monitor project progress against established schedules and budgets.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and review project deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the integration and performance of internal and external suppliers as required.
- Review and approve external supplier deliverables.

What You Bring

- More than 5 years of experience in managing technical electrical projects and Control & Digitalization solutions for power generation equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and control systems for power generation equipment.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Risk management expertise.
- Effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English
- Preferred locations are Brazil (Jundiaí) or Mexico City; however, we are also open to candidates based in Argentina, Chile, or Peru.
