Social Media Growth & Community Manager

Remote | Part-Time | Argentina Preferred

12-15 Hours/Week | $10–$12 USD/Hour

We are looking for a creative, highly organized, tech-savvy Social Media Growth & Community Manager to help manage and grow the social media presence of three companies in the mental health, relationships, and technology space .

This is not simply a “create posts and schedule them” position.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media accounts, keep content consistently scheduled, build engaged communities, grow our audiences, and ultimately help turn social media attention into clients, users, sign-ups, and sales .

Our Three Brands

Love Discovery Institute A relationship and mental health practice. Our social media goals include growing our community, attracting new clients, promoting groups and services, and selling educational products such as relationship workbooks.

Love Discovery App (Sienna)

A relationship and personal-growth app. The goal is to grow awareness, build community, and drive app sign-ups and engagement.

TherapyScribe A technology platform for therapists. The goal is to reach mental health professionals, build awareness and convert therapists into sign-ups and users.

What You’ll Do

You will help manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts .

Responsibilities include

- Maintain and manage the content calendar for all three brands
- Make sure content is consistently scheduled in advance
- Review and audit scheduled posts before publication
- Create and repurpose social content using AI
- Edit Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts
- Create graphics, carousels, captions, hooks and calls to action
- Repurpose one piece of content efficiently across multiple platforms
- Respond appropriately to comments and DMs
- Actively engage with followers and help build genuine communities
- Identify trends,



content opportunities and potential collaborations
- Monitor analytics and determine which content is actually working
- Continuously test hooks, topics, formats and CTAs
- Help grow followers, reach and engagement
- Drive traffic from social media to our websites and landing pages
- Help increase LDI client inquiries and product sales
- Help increase Siena App registrations
- Help increase TherapyScribe therapist registrations
- Provide a brief weekly report showing results, what worked, what didn’t, and what should be tested next

AI & Technology Are Important to Us We already use AI to make content creation significantly faster, so we are not looking for someone who spends hours manually creating every post from scratch .

We want someone who knows how to use technology to work efficiently and can spend more of their time on quality, creativity, growth, community and conversion .

Experience with tools such as:

Claude

ChatGPT or other LLMs

Canva

CapCut or similar video-editing software

GoHighLevel

Higgsfield

Nano Banana and other emerging AI image/video/content tools is highly valued.

You do not need to know every tool listed above. What matters more is that you are technologically curious, comfortable with AI, and can quickly teach yourself new tools.

Who We’re Looking For

You are someone who

- Has experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Understands Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Has excellent written English
- Is comfortable editing short-form video
- Has a strong visual eye




- Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Can work independently
- Understands community building, not just content creation
- Understands that followers and views are not the final goal
- Thinks about leads, registrations, conversions and sales
- Is comfortable reviewing analytics and changing strategy based on results
- Is proactive and brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions
- Enjoys experimenting with new AI and technology tools

Experience with healthcare, mental health, SaaS, technology, apps or professional-service businesses is a plus. Schedule & Compensation

12-15 hours per week to start

$10–$12 USD/hour depending on experience

Remote position.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship . There is an opportunity for additional hours, responsibility and compensation as our brands grow.
