We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will primarily assist clients over the phone, answer questions, provide support, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will also perform light administrative and data entry tasks to accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and assist clients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems.
- Perform light data entry and administrative tasks related to customer service.
- Follow company procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- English proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar phone-based role.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.




- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter information into internal systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation

- Part-Time (6 hours per day) Monday through Friday
- 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST
- Compensation: $4 USD per hour.
