Job Summary

We are expanding our global faculty network and actively seeking dynamic, qualified Part-Time Online Professors based in Latin America and Mexico.

This remote role involves facilitating and delivering engaging online courses across our Mathematics, General Business, Marketing, and Finance departments. We are looking for innovative educators committed to academic rigor, student mentorship, and excellence in an accredited online environment.

(Please note: This specific recruitment campaign is exclusively open to international candidates residing in Latin America and Mexico. We are not considering U.S.-based applicants for this posting).

Essential Responsibilities

- Instructional Delivery: Deliver high-quality, asynchronous and synchronous online instruction in English to a diverse, general student body.




- Curriculum & Course Alignment: Contribute subject-matter expertise to curriculum enhancement, ensuring course materials reflect current global industry trends.
- Student Mentorship: Provide timely grading, meaningful academic feedback, and supportive guidance to ensure student retention and success.
- Academic Compliance: Maintain accurate records of student engagement and progress while strictly adhering to university policies and U.S. accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications

- Language Requirement (Strict): Native English speaker or certified CEFR C2 English proficiency (written, verbal, and academic comprehension). All courses, assessments, faculty meetings, and institutional communications are conducted entirely in English.
- Location: Must currently reside and be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Mexico or a Latin American country.
- Primary Academic Credential: Ph.D. or DBA in Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- Credential Evaluation: Degrees earned outside the United States must be accompanied by or eligible for a foreign credential evaluation (e.g., NACES or AICE member evaluation) confirming U.S. doctoral equivalency.
- Alternative Master’s Track:



Candidates holding an accredited Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 completed graduate semester credit hours specifically within the discipline taught (Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or Finance) combined with substantial industry experience will be considered.
- Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional home office environment suitable for video conferencing and online LMS management.
