Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage retail partnerships, ensuring strong in-store branding, display quality, and execution across all channels.
Plan and implement promotions, activations, and channel initiatives, while tracking performance to improve sell-out.
Coordinate with distributors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct regular store visits to identify market trends, resolve on-ground issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Supervise third-party retail teams to maintain high execution standards.
Provide regular reports on market insights, competitor activity, and retail performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in Retail, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Channel Management (consumer electronics, mobile, home appliance, or FMCG preferred).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving projects independently and solving problems proactively.
Experience with key retail accounts is highly preferred.
Fluent in Spanish; English preferred.
