About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and research-driven Sales Research Assistant to support our sales organization through data research, lead intelligence, and CRM management.
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on researching companies, identifying key decision-makers, validating contact information, and maintaining a clean and accurate CRM database.

What You'll Do
Research & Data Collection
Conduct online research using LinkedIn, databases, and web-based resources
Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies
Gather and verify business information from multiple sources
Enrich prospect records with updated contact information
CRM & Database Management
Create and maintain prospect records in CRM systems
Update records with accurate company and contact information
Remove duplicate entries and maintain database integrity
Ensure all information remains organized, complete, and accurate
Data Validation & Quality Control
Verify email addresses and contact details
Cross-reference information across multiple platforms




Maintain high-quality standards for all data entered
Support the sales team by providing accurate market intelligence

Preferred
1 year or more Experience in:

Experience maintaining large volumes of data
