You will work with tournament organizers and partners to ensure data is collected, processed, and distributed accurately and on time.
You'll engage with customers across email, Slack, Discord, Telegram and Teams to resolve issues and escalate to engineering when needed.
You will monitor live data feeds, identify discrepancies, and help improve GRID products based on feedback.
