The Role

We are looking for a Key Account Associate Manager for Argentina to manage local distributors. The main scope of this position is to boost distribution footprint across all channels. The role must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to build and execute the go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage customer relationships
- Expand our distribution footprint and brand awareness
- Execute all company plans and innovation across customers
- Customer P&L; Management

Qualifications

Essential:

- +5 years sales experience, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Commercial and/or trade marketing background.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel and distributor management.
- Proven leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Resilient and able to manage frustration.
- Good collaboration to work with cross functional teams.
- P&L; management.
- Windows Package proficiency (Excel,



Power Point, Word).
- Fluent in English (90%).
