What You'll Do

Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met. Manage schedules and budgets, and oversee general contractors and vendors. Review construction work, approve capital expenditures, and manage risks while maintaining quality control.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience as a project manager in sectors like corporate occupier, retail, or real estate. Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status. Fluent in English and Spanish, with PMI or equivalent certification as a plus.
