About The Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and organized
Sales Support Representative
to support their sales team by managing inbound calls, following up with leads, booking appointments, and keeping lead activity organized.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring leads receive timely follow-up, and helping the sales team stay organized throughout the sales process.

This is a great opportunity for someone confident on the phone, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide a professional customer experience.
- Follow up with leads by phone and text.
- Schedule and book appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Assign and track sales follow-up tasks.
- Keep lead activity organized and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor lead status and help prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks.




- Communicate with the sales team regarding lead activity and appointments.
- Support day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, lead coordination, appointment setting, or a related role.
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and following up consistently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, JobTread, Asana, Google Voice, Google Sheets, and G Suite is preferred.
- Comfortable working with a hybrid U.S. based sales team.
