About the Role

A
multinational pharmaceutical company
is looking for a
Market Access Manager
to join its Argentina organization and lead the development and execution of market access strategies that support sustainable business growth and expand patient access to innovative treatments.

The position will be responsible for developing access strategies across public and private healthcare systems, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and working closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Government Affairs and Finance.

The idóneo candidate will combine
strong pharmaceutical industry experience, strategic thinking, stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid understanding of the Argentine healthcare and reimbursement environment
.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the
Market Access strategy
aligned with the company's business priorities and product portfolio.
- Design access and reimbursement strategies to maximize patient access and business opportunities.




- Analyze the Argentine healthcare system, reimbursement environment, regulations, pricing dynamics and evolving market access challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
key external stakeholders
, including government authorities, payers, insurers, healthcare institutions, scientific societies and other healthcare decision-makers.
- Develop value propositions, economic arguments and access materials to support reimbursement and funding decisions.
- Identify market access opportunities and potential barriers across different therapeutic areas and customer segments.
- Provide strategic input to
new product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio development

- Partner closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance and other functions to ensure effective execution of access strategies.
