Your role at Clorox:

Join a dynamic general R&D; team and play a key role in developing and optimizing cleaning products and utensils across the AMEA region, with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for projects from concept through commercialization, partnering with global cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external manufacturers to deliver consumer-focused innovations, support business growth, and drive cost savings.

This position combines hands-on laboratory execution with data-driven decision-making, leveraging statistical tools, experimental design, and technical risk assessment methodologies to develop robust products, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure successful commercialization.

In this role, you will:




- Represent one R&D; voice balancing risk, impact, speed, and decision-making complexity
- Lead the execution of projects from concept to launch by applying technical leadership and partnering with subject matter experts, cross-functional partners, suppliers and project managers.
- Translate consumer needs into technical product specifications and processing standards.
- Lead the design and execution of technical testing, including development of new test methods and qualification if needed.
- Participate on claim storming sessions and develop technical support plans for product claims substantiation and build compelling product demos for customer sell-in.
- Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation plans. Analyze and interpret data to drive technical understanding, meet project targets and objectives, problem solve, and make recommendations that drive efficiency, knowledge, and manage/elev
