Role Description
The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end process of adopting AI solutions. This role involves assessing client needs, analyzing existing workflows, and identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, or customer experience.



The strategist will translate business objectives into clear AI use cases, collaborate with technical teams on solution design, and develop implementation roadmaps, success criteria, and change management plans. Day-to-day work includes meeting with stakeholders, documenting requirements, mapping processes, coordinating pilots, monitoring performance, and iterating on strategies based on data and feedback. The role also includes creating client-facing materials, enabling teams through training and best practices, and ensuring AI initiatives align with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and long-term organizational goals.
