About This Role:
We are hiring a Senior Creative Strategist & Direct-Response Copywriter for a fast-growing DTC foot care and consumer wellness brand. This role combines strong direct-response copywriting with hands-on creative production judgment. You will own copy and creative quality across paid ads, landing pages, product pages, CRO tests, email, SMS, and external agency output while keeping messaging consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven.




Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and improve copy across paid ads, landing pages, product pages, CRO tests, email, and SMS, including hooks, headlines, offers, angles, scripts, and campaign messaging from scratch.
- Build creative briefs using customer reviews, surveys, ad comments, competitor research, and other voice-of-customer insights.
- Own and protect the brand voice and serve as the final quality check before copy and creative are approved for launch.
- Review high-volume video and static creative and give clear, actionable feedback directly to agencies, editors, designers, producers, and freelancers.
- Manage 6+ external creative partners, revisions, priorities, and deadlines while keeping quality and messaging consistent.
- Use Meta Ads Manager and creative-level performance data such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, and ROAS to guide copy, creative direction, and testing priorities.
