The Resource Manager is responsible for aligning people capacity with business demand to ensure the right talent is assigned to the right work at the right time. This role partners with business leaders, delivery teams, and functional managers to optimize staffing, improve utilization, support workforce planning, and help balance client needs with employee development goals.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
- – Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, human resources, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- – 5+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, operations, project coordination, or a related function.




- – Experience managing resource allocation in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand, capacity, and utilization data.
- – Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- – Ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and resolve staffing conflicts.
- – Proficiency with spreadsheets and resource planning, PSA, ERP, HRIS, or project management tools.
- – High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- – Experience in a professional services, consulting, technology, or project-based organization.
- – Experience supporting workforce forecasting and operational reporting.
- – Familiarity with skills inventories, capacity models, and utilization planning.
