Our client is a Shopify development and growth agency working with DTC and B2B brands. They don't just build websites — they drive commercial outcomes for the brands they work with, across site strategy, client relationships, and execution.

About the Role
This role is being created to take over the day-to-day client relationship work currently handled directly by the agency's founder. Despite the "Account Manager" title, this is not a generalist relationship-management role — it requires genuinely deep, hands-on Shopify knowledge. You'll be the client's main point of contact: reviewing their Shopify site, spotting real technical and merchandising opportunities, troubleshooting issues that come in,



and turning all of that into clear, well-scoped tasks for the development team. You'll implement anything that doesn't require code yourself. Think of it as a technical Shopify lead who also owns the account relationship and project management — not a non-technical liaison passing messages along.

Fluent, professional English is equally non-negotiable — you'll run client calls independently on a regular basis, so this isn't a fit for someone whose English is conversational but not fully fluent in a business context.

What You'll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, via calls and written communication.

Review client Shopify sites in depth and proactively identify and propose improvements (site structure, merchandising, UX, conversion, general technical health).
