Shopify Platform Manager & Brand Operator — 3-month paid trial to full-time contract. TLA Studios is hiring one operator to own Shopify and brand across a growing set of retail properties — starting with two live Shopify storefronts, then a third store and a live integral marketplace. This is a hybrid seat, equal parts brand manager and commerce operator: you run the Shopify platform itself, not just campaigns layered on top of it, and you hold the brand's craft and voice everywhere it shows up.
As the marketplace and other sales channels open up, you're the one who makes sure Shopify actually talks to everything around it — TikTok Shop, Meta Business Manager, and whatever catalog and product sync problems come with connecting them. You'll work directly with brand stakeholders from day one.
Phase one is the trial: run brand and commerce end to end across two live Shopify storefronts — platform, campaigns, craft. Phase two, on conversion to full-time:



a third Shopify storefront launches and the integral marketplace goes live with its own vendor relationships.
What you'll work on
Shopify platform: own the Shopify platform across every storefront as the portfolio grows from two stores to three; keep product data and catalog clean and in sync as new channels come online.
Integrations & catalog sync: troubleshoot and maintain the connections between Shopify and other channels — TikTok Shop, Meta Business Manager — including catalog and product sync as the global marketplace and its vendor relationships come online.
Commerce & campaigns: plan, launch, and optimize ecommerce campaigns; own the promotional calendar across every storefront.
Storefront & conversion: optimize each site end to end — merchandising, UX, SEO, speed; build new pages and landing experiences.
