What You’ll Bring
Required
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in international development, social sciences, law, public policy, anthropology, resource management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in social impact assessment (SIA), FPIC, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, resettlement, or social performance within mining or related sectors.
Proven audit experience, including:
A minimum of 10 audits, or
3+ years where auditing represents at least 25% of professional responsibilities within the last 5 years.
Practical exposure to on‑site mining or minerals operations.
Strong working knowledge of social and ESG standards, including:
IFC Performance Standards, SA8000, ILO conventions
