The opportunity
The Executive Recruiting Coordinator provides operational and customer-service support for the Executive Recruiting team, with a focus on Executive hiring. The role partners closely with Executive Recruiters to coordinate candidate activity, maintain accurate recruiting records, support interview and pre-hire processes, and deliver timely updates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This position is part of the BA delivery team and works within established procedures,



quality controls and escalation guidelines.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the executive recruiting lifecycle, from initial candidate processing through onboarding and post-hire activities.
- Use Avature and other recruiting systems to move candidates through defined workflow steps, maintain accurate candidate and project records, update required forms, and support reporting.
- Coordinate executive interview logistics, including outreach for availability, calendar invitations, candidate communications, interview details, evaluation requests and timely follow-up.
- Support required pre-hire and compliance processes, including Independence, rehire research, GCO and retirement memo requests, background investigation initiation and monitoring, and routing of documents for review.
