Key Responsibilities

- Review and organize medical records for completeness and accuracy
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations
- Input and update patient information across systems
- Request missing documents from clinics and legal teams

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with medical terminology and documentation
- Basic Excel and data entry skills
- Understanding of privacy and compliance standards
