About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Go Backend Engineer to build the execution layer of a telecom-grade data platform. This role is deeply technical and systems-focused. You'll be responsible for high-throughput data ingestion, real-time stream processing, and time-series storage at scale. You won't just write services; you'll architect the pipelines that power KPI computation and network monitoring for a platform that has to perform under strict reliability and performance constraints.

The adecuado candidate brings strong Go concurrency experience, hands-on Kafka integration work, and a real distributed systems background, not just familiarity with the concepts, but production scars to show for it.

Key Responsibilities

- Build high-performance Kafka consumers and producers in Go

- Implement windowed aggregation and stateful stream processing

- Design and implement retry logic and dead-letter queue strategies

- Ensure idempotent writes to time-series databases

- Build adapters for DB, API, and SFTP-based data ingestion

- Implement dynamic configuration via CRD watcher patterns

- Write production-grade, secure, and optimized Go code with profiling discipline

Requirements

- 6–8 years of overall backend engineering experience

- 2+ years writing production Go, with strong command of goroutines, channels, and sync patterns





- Hands-on Kafka experience in high-throughput environments

- Docker and Kubernetes proficiency

- REST and gRPC service design in Go

- Observability instrumentation experience

- Secure coding practices and performance profiling know-how

- Strong distributed systems exposure. Event-driven, streaming, or large-scale data platforms

- Ability to work across time zones in a fully remote, cross-cultural team

- Delivery-oriented with the discipline to operate under strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with streaming systems and time-series data

- Background in telecom or large-scale network monitoring platforms

- Familiarity with telecom network data semantics

- Node.js and TypeScript knowledge

- OpenAPI-first API design experience

- Microservices and event-driven architecture background

- Experience in platform or SaaS control plane environments
