We?re looking for a Technology Lead ? HR IT (different levels of seniority) to join an international team and lead technology initiatives supporting HR systems and processes.

Experience in HR Technology / HRIS / HR IT
Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar
Strong knowledge of HR systems, integrations, APIs, and data
Experience leading technology projects and working with cross-functional teams
Advanced English is mandatory: B2?C1 minimum.
