JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Trafilea, Product Management is directly connected to business performance.





You’ll own the product roadmap for our apparel eCommerce stores and use customer
insights, analytics, experimentation, and technology to improve the shopping
experience—and the metrics that matter: conversion, revenue, engagement, and
retention.

This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of Product, eCommerce,
CRO, Data, UX, and Growth, building experiences for brands backed by a Consumer
Tech Platform that has generated $1B+ in cumulative revenue and served 12M+
customers.

* Define and own the product roadmap for our apparel eCommerce stores,
prioritizing initiatives that maximize business impact.

* Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics,
experimentation, and market research.

* Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across the shopping journey
using A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.

* Collaborate with Acquisition, Retention, Creative, Engineering, Data, and UX
teams
