What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs (enrollment, case management, benefit verification, nurse triage, AI-enabled tools)
Own the functional design of core Health Cloud components,



ensuring alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives
Collaborate with solution architects to define data models, integrations, and system boundaries
Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams; facilitate executive-level workshops to define KPIs, governance frameworks, and future-state operating models
Act as the main escalation point for delivery and client issues, driving resolution through structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment
Apply negotiation and influence skills to align on scope, timelines, resource allocation, and competing priorities without impacting delivery outcomes
Manage the full requirements lifecycle — epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and refinement — ensuring traceability across design, build, and testing phases
Prioritize and manage the product backlog for sustainable delivery, translating business objectives into clear scope, priorities, and tra
