Construction Project Coordinator – Remote (Argentina)

Location: Remote – Argentina
Schedule: Full-time, with overlap with Austin, Texas business hours
Compensation: $1700 USD/month

We are a boutique residential pool construction company based in Austin, Texas looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator.

This is not a typical virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who is technically minded, reliable, and comfortable working with construction documents, measurements, plans, suppliers, contractors, and permitting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit engineering information and forms
- Coordinate with our draftsman on site plans and permit documents
- Manage and follow up on municipal permitting
- Prepare equipment and material orders for approval
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Communicate through email, phone, WhatsApp, and Google Voice
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Review documents for missing or conflicting information
- Keep project files and information organized

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Strong follow-through and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with numbers, measurements, plans, and technical information




- Able to identify inconsistencies and ask questions instead of making assumptions
- Comfortable communicating professionally with U.S.-based contractors, engineers, suppliers, and municipal departments

Accuracy is more important than speed.

If one document says 2" and another says 2.5", we want someone who notices the discrepancy and asks before moving forward.

Preferred Background

Experience or education in any of the following is a plus:

- Civil or Industrial Engineering
- Architecture
- Construction
- Project Management
- Technical Drafting
- Other technical fields

Pool construction experience is not required. We can teach the right person.

Experience working with a U.S.-based company is also a plus.
