Customer Care Specialist

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and highly organized Customer Care Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people.

You will work with our existing customers, assist them throughout their moving experience, answer questions, resolve concerns, and make sure every customer receives professional and attentive service.

Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the moving, logistics, hospitality, or service industry, but we are also open to strong candidates who are motivated to learn.

What You'll Do

- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers before, during, and after their move
- Answer questions regarding reservations, scheduling, services, payments, and company policies
- Handle customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally
- Follow up with customers when necessary
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in our CRM
- Make sure customers feel supported throughout their experience




- Escalate complicated situations to management when necessary
