You are the first person a student meets and the one they come back to all term. You answer, you advise, you solve, and a good part of whether an enquiry becomes an enrolment sits with you.
What you would actually do
Answer enquiries fast and turn them into enrolments: advise on the right programme and follow up until it closes.
Sell courses, accommodation, activities and extensions, and notice the opportunities that come up in ordinary conversation.
Welcome new students: orientation, placement test and the practical advice that stops the first week being frightening.
Handle the desk, the phone and the inbox in more than one language.
Process enrolments, payments, certificates and academic paperwork.
Be the student's contact when something goes wrong, including the things that are not our fault.
Keep the CRM honest so nobody is contacted twice or forgotten.
What we are looking for
Spanish at C2 and English at B2 or above. Both are essential, not preferred.
A commercial instinct: you like closing and you can do it without being pushy.




Experience in customer-facing work or sales, ideally in education, travel or hospitality.
Organisation, and warmth that survives fifteen people arriving at once.
The right to work in Argentina.
