We are looking for a HR Reporting Analyst to join our HR Ops team!
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requests into reporting requirements and actionable insights.
Partner with stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requests.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Communicate findings and recommendations professionally.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision‐making.
Validate and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality control processes.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and provide data‐driven solutions.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance when handling employee data.
Communicate findings, timelines, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Contribute to standardization, documentation, and governance of HR metrics and reporting processes.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve reporting workflows and deliverables.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.
This is a fulltime position that will work from Argentina on a hybrid model with one day of office per week.
