Summary
Part-time position : ***** hours/week
Flexible shifts : Between 9 am and 9 pm CET (Central European Time)
Bonus pay : Shifts starting before 9 am GMT-3 or after 6 pm GMT-3 earn a 50% bonus

About This Role
Contact visitors the day before their tour to confirm attendance and address any inquiries, cancellations, or rebooking needs.
Provide exceptional customer service through clear, friendly, and professional communication.




Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Promptly handle inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy.
Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and tools.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience in sales in a bonus
