In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our relationships with clients and ensuring an agile, personalized, and high-quality experience at every point of contact.
Your main responsibilities will include: Managing and providing personalized service to an assigned client portfolio.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities and recommending solutions that add value to clients.
Re-engaging inactive clients through effective commercial strategies.
Supporting clients throughout the claims process, facilitating documentation and communication.
Recording and updating all relevant client information in the CRM.
Participating in team meetings, sharing progress, insights, and learnings.
