In this role, you will serve as a mentor and escalation point, ensuring team productivity, maintaining morale, and driving adherence to established workflows.
Your leadership will be key to aligning daily operations with client expectations and consistently meeting KPIs.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you'll monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and support professional development across your team.
