Field Service Engineer will be in-charge of the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assist dealer to all product, quality and warranty issues.
Engaged with vehicle evaluation and troubleshooting.
Ensures that Dealer technical/warranty process conforms to SFP Guidelines.
Implementation and monitoring of service activities.
Qualifications
Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
With at least 2 years of experience in related field.
Proficient in MS Office.
Must know how to drive with valid Driver's license.
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
