About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Ledger Accountant who can operate independently and take full ownership of key GL functions.
The primary focus of this role will be cash reconciliation, along with supporting general ledger activities as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations with high accuracySupport general ledger accounting including journal entries and account reconciliationsIdentify discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues promptlyAssist with month-end and year-end close processesMaintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standardsProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting when needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a GL Accountant (4 years experience is required)Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliation process and general accounting principlesAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
Preferred Experience




Experience with NetSuite and/or FloQast highly desirableBe CPA qualifiedBackground in a distributed or U.S.-based operational environment is a requirementPreferably with previous experience working US hours EST
