Stayd is seeking a Talent & People Operations Specialist to join our Argentina-based remote team.
You'll own recruiting end-to-end, onboarding, payroll support, and HR ops, helping shape the day-to-day people experience across our portfolio of brands.You'll wear multiple hats, build pipelines across markets, and implement AI-driven improvements to speed processes while maintaining a rigorous candidate experience.
Reports to the HR Director, Stayd, with fully remote collaboration.
